Six months ago when I wrote my bio-page for this website it was all true. Now, however, things have changed. On September 12, 2015 our sixteen year old grandson, Terrick Johnson, died in a vehicle accident. Two of his friends also died and another was critically injured. Our hearts are shattered. We still have four grandchildren but one is now in Heaven. The young man who survived the accident is recovering. We are grateful to God that this young man is getting stronger every day. We pray he will have a full recovery. I have written one short devotional since losing Terrick. This is titled Worth It and can be found under the "devotional" tab on my home page.
On October 13 2015 I left for Nepal and Thailand with a team from Vision Beyond Borders, a Christian Mission group that supports orphanages in Thailand and a Safe House in Nepal for women rescued from the Sex Trafficing trade. Our trip lasted two weeks and I will be adding my trip report to the devotional section of my home page soon.
By February 15, 2016 I will add two more short stories.
